Yes, pond liner can be glued with universal silicone. Universal silicone is a versatile adhesive that can bond to a variety of surfaces, including the materials typically used for pond liners such as EPDM, PVC, and HDPE. It is important to ensure that the surfaces are clean and dry before applying the silicone, and to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper application and curing. Additionally, it is recommended to use a silicone specifically designed for outdoor and water applications to ensure the best adhesion and longevity. **

Silicone spray is a lubricant and water repellent, making it suitable for use on rubber, plastic, and metal surfaces. Oil spray is a general-purpose lubricant that can be used on various surfaces to reduce friction and prevent rust. Universal spray is a multi-purpose product that can be used as a lubricant, rust inhibitor, and water displacer. The choice of spray depends on the specific application and the properties required for the surface being treated. **

A universal basic income (UBI) is a form of social security in which all citizens or residents of a country regularly receive an unconditional sum of money, either from the government or a public institution. This income is provided without any means test or work requirement, and it is intended to cover the basic cost of living. The idea is to ensure that everyone has a financial safety net to meet their basic needs, regardless of their employment status or income level. UBI is often seen as a way to reduce poverty, inequality, and social insecurity, and to provide individuals with more freedom and flexibility in their choices regarding work, education, and leisure. **

A silicone ice cube tray is generally considered better than a hard plastic one for a few reasons. Silicone trays are more flexible, making it easier to remove the ice cubes without breaking them. They are also more durable and resistant to cracking or breaking over time. Additionally, silicone trays are usually dishwasher safe and can be easily cleaned. **

It ultimately depends on personal preference and intended use. Silicone ice cube trays are flexible, making it easier to remove ice cubes, but they may not stack as neatly in the freezer. Hard plastic trays are more rigid and stackable, but may require more effort to release the ice cubes. Consider factors such as durability, ease of use, and storage space when deciding between a silicone or hard plastic ice cube tray. **

Yes, silicone does stick to silicone. When two silicone surfaces come into contact, they tend to adhere to each other due to their similar chemical composition. This property makes silicone a popular material for creating airtight seals and bonding silicone-based products together. **

As an AI, I do not have personal opinions. However, proponents of universal basic income argue that it can help alleviate poverty, reduce income inequality, and provide financial security for all individuals. Critics, on the other hand, raise concerns about the potential disincentive to work and the high cost of implementing such a program. Ultimately, the decision to support universal basic income depends on individual beliefs about the role of government in providing economic support to its citizens. **

In my opinion, a universal basic income could work as a way to address income inequality and provide financial security to all citizens. It has the potential to reduce poverty, stimulate economic growth, and provide a safety net for those who may not have access to traditional forms of employment. However, the implementation of a universal basic income would require careful planning, consideration of funding sources, and monitoring to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability in the long term. **
